Joseph Sabel Began in a Garage in Hawthorne California in 1976.

Joseph started "Star Bird Pulbishing in 1999 when he Published his first song with the Great comedy writer Robert Fisher. "Keep Reaching"

used in Robert's off Broadways Play called "Children in The Streets"
